STRESS

             Stress is a continuous feeling  worry about personal life or daily activities, that prevent us from relaxing, entertain, enjoy or being happy etc. For instance, migrane headache, depression, aggression etc. 
✳Types of  Stress:

             The stress can be classified under the following three subtopics:

*Catalysmic event                    * Personal Stressor                           *Background Stresor   
i)Catalysmic event:

The catalysmic event is a strong stressor that occur suddenly and typically effect many people simultaneously. Eg; Terrorist attack, landslide, plain crash etc.
ii)Personal stressor

               It include major life events like; death, lost of job, failure, or even positive evets like; marriage. For instance; death produces great stress but are able to cope with it with the loss after the passage of time. It brings post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).
iv)Background Stressor

                Daily hassles like standing in a large queue at a bank, getting stuck in a tropic exam etc. is said to be background strssor.
